Not bad huh? We are good at zucchini. The first year of planting we had 5 zucchini plants, and it was frightening. This year we only planted one plant and I still seem to have nearly half my body weight in green monsters (slight exaggeration) waiting for me to figure out what to do with them. I still have frozen zucchini left over from last year! If I manage to get Liz's recipe I will do zucchini chutney.
Our tomato plants were never properly staked, so they are a twisted pile of collapsed vines, but they are still producing okay. The kids had homegrown tomatoes in their lunchboxes today, and I think I feel some ratatouille coming on.
